Welcome to Michigan Economics Tutoring!

The Department of Economics is offering tutoring services to all undergraduates taking Economics 101.


Information on appointments:

  • You may sign up for two sessions per week
  • Up to four students may sign up for each small group appointment block
  • To set up regular weekly appointments, click "Repeat Appt" to the left of the date on the appointment page
  • Expectations: Come prepared to talk. Sessions will be far more useful and interesting if you bring questions. But if no one has questions, facilitators will have you focus on that week's lecture topics.
  • Sign-up. Register for a time you like through WC Online and our tutor will schedule a BlueJeans meeting with you 5 hours before your scheduled appointment at the latest.


Scheduling an appointment:

  • WHITE BOXES indicate available times
  • BLACK BOXES indicate no availabilty
  • ORANGE/YELLOW BOXES indicate your own scheduled appointments
  • BLUE BOXES indicate other appointments that are not your own


Cancellation policy:

  • If you need to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 12 hours in advance by logging into the system and cancelling it.
  • If you have an emergency and need to cancel with less than 12 hours notice, please complete this google form as far in advance as you can manage. This will give Economics time to reach your tutor about cancelling the appointment.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be marked as a "no show" two or more times during that same semester will be asked to meet with the Program Manager before they are permitted to continue meeting with a tutor.
